Changing seat allocation

Can I change my seat once I've checked in online?


You can change your seats providing in My booking at any time up to 24 hours before your flight, providing you have not already issued your boarding card.  If there are seats available, they will be shown.  

If you have already issued your boarding card and want to change your seats, speak to a Virgin Atlantic representative at the airport.

If you're unable to make changes, it will be because any seats available to request before departure are already taken. Please arrive at the airport early, on the day of the flight, to be in with the best chance of getting the seats you want out of those still available.
